Sudden Change Of Behavior?

Intuitive Pet Tip

If your animal’s behavior suddenly changes, take a moment to look at what’s happening in your environment — not just theirs.

Animals are incredibly sensitive to emotional and energetic shifts. They often respond to things like stress, routine changes, or unspoken tension before we even consciously recognize it ourselves.

What can look like anxiety, restlessness, or “acting out” is often their way of processing or reflecting something deeper.

Before correcting the behavior, try this:

Pause and ask yourself —

“What has changed recently, even in a subtle way?”

Then observe your pet without reacting. You may start to notice patterns that weren’t obvious before.

When animals feel understood, their behavior often begins to shift naturally.

If you’re unsure what your pet may be responding to, this is something I help uncover in animal communication sessions — identifying what they’re experiencing and what they’re trying to express.

Understanding is often the first step toward change

Sensitive Souls

Some souls are just more sensitive than others.

These are the ones that are more reactive and more anxious.

They are also the ones that love deeper.

If you have one of these souls you are blessed. They chose you to protect them and understand them. It’s a gift to be chosen by a soul that is so sensitive. They are trusting you with their safety, their heart, and their soul.

Do You Have A Licker?

How many of you have pets that lick you or themselves excessively? I’m not talking the pet’s that lick rugs, walls, grass, etc… That kind of licking usually is a result of digestive issues.

But animals that lick humans, themselves, or other animals, those pets are healers.

They are highly sensitive to energy absorbing, energy healing, and energy clearing.

I have one. He licks me constantly, he licks himself like a cat, he licks his fur siblings, he licks my kids. He even licks guests!

These animals lick more than normal. A lot more than normal. Why?

They are clearing and removing unwanted and heavy, negative, low vibrational energy from their body or from the body of others. Licking is a way for these animals to remove the energy. They are healing us, they are helping us, they are removing it from themselves and others so they don’t become ill.

Normal means of removing it (wind, sun, bushing, flicking, zoomies), are NOT enough because they absorb so much more than most animals. They are also highly sensitive so it feels heavier and more uncomfortable on them than it does on most animals. So they lick it off.

BUT… guess what? These animals often have digestive issues, stomach issues, and diarrhea occurrences. They ingest the energy into their body. They also tend to have skin issues.

Is there any way to help them? Yes. These animals need more flicking (your hand flicking the energy off them gently), more brushing (brush the energy off), more sun, more wind, more fresh air, more running. All of these things help them. But even so, it is often not enough. They’ll still need to do a lot on their own.

These animals truly are special healers sent to us in this world to sacrifice their comfort in order to help others. They know it. They accepted the job. They are honored to do it.

If you share your life with a special healer like this, thank them for their service. And do everything you can every day to help them clear their energy. Allow them to lick (you, them, others). It’s their job, their purpose. Help them clear. Try to manage your energy so they have less “work” to do.

If you have one of these animals you will be SURE. Because when I say they lick more… its not just a little, its A LOT. It’s annoying until you understand WHY.

Our Pets Are Sponges

* Our Pets Are Sponges *

Our pets absorb all of our low emotions. It’s their job.

* Sadness

* Anger

* Negativity

* Often times even our illness

They want to protect us so they will absorb all of this from us. If we don’t help them clear these emotions, they will become ill, depressed, or act out with nuisance behaviors.

A couple days ago I talked about leaving your emotions at the door before you walk in the house. This protects your pet and minimizes the low vibrations we bring into the house. But our pets will still absorb negative emotions from us, from visitors leaving energy in the house, from life with us (their guardian!) etc.. It is inevitable. So here is what you can do to help them release it. Especially when times are very stressful.

* Allow them time outside to be grounded (if they are not solely inside pets). Going out and touching their paws to Mother Earth helps release energy.

* Inside pets – this is why they lay in the sun! The sun provides a natural energy cleansing. If you see your pet lying in the sunlight indoors, they are cleansing.

* Give your pet permission to release – Thank your pet for unselfishly absorbing your heavy energy and emotions. Tell your pet they do not need to hold that for you. Then (with your hand or a pet brush) brush their entire body with a flicking motion as you visualize the heavy energy being brushed off their body.  Do this once a week or more if under stressful situations or immediately following a confrontation or low energy situation. This is why so many animals love to be brushed. They know it clears their energy.  (Unless their matted, then it hurts!)

* Meditate with your pet. We meditate to balance ourselves. Our pets need the same. Go to where your animal is relaxed, sit with your animal, where your animal is comfortable. Set an intention to include your animal. Take a couple deep breaths. Feel you are breathing in the energy of your pet. Then breathe out the energy that you want them to release.  They will feel this and start to relax  and release even more during the meditation. In closing, ask your guides to protect your pet.

Keeping your pets energy balanced will help them live longer, happier lives.

Your Energy Affects Your Pets

One of the pets last week shared this with me. So I am sharing with all of you.

We our pets are intuitive and they are sent to us to help us grow, learn and expand. They guide us and teach us and protect us. One of the ways they protect us is by absorbing as much of our “negative” energy as they can. This can be sadness, guilt, anger, hurt, depression, etc.. they take it from us so we don’t need to carry it. They release it from themselves as they can through shaking, rubbing on the ground, sunlight, scratching, etc.

When they absorb more than they can release they get sick, disease sets in, they get crabby, depressed, sad, anxious, etc…

So as guardians we must try to reduce the amount of low vibrational energy we expose them to so they don’t absorb it.

Keeping Your Pet’s Energy Balanced

Animals are high energetic beings. They are so sensitive to everything around them and they absorb so much of it. When animal’s shake (picture a wet dog or a cat that gets up from a nap and shakes), this is releasing energy they have absorbed from humans. It is how they stay in balance.

Animals with longer fur have more of a buffer before the energy moves inside of them. They can carry more on their exterior.

Even with shaking, sometimes they need our help because they are holding too much. This can happen when there is a lot of grief or stress in a home, or when an animal frequents public places or vistors/guests (lots of human interaction).
